I've been obsessively reading the "Twilight" series.
They are a collection of four very long books about vampires.
Written for an audience of teenage girls.
And I love them.
And that is why I haven't been blogging.
Or doing laundry.
Or acknowledging that I have a husband, a job or any other responsibilities.
Just reading.
But now I am finished.
And I'm sad.
No more vampire books.
BUT!
The movie is coming out on Friday night, and you better believe I will be there with all the middle school girls.
Maybe I should get some Sperry deck shoes so I will fit in...
So RUN, don't walk, to Barnes & Noble and pick them up immediately.
Don't wait for Amazon to ship them to you.
You can thank me later.

ReplyDeleteI too have been in a "Twilight" state!! I am still on book IV but almost done. Twilight was my favorite. Loved book 2 but had a hard time with 3 and just don't want 4 to end!! All my gals are going to go see it Saturday night. Already ahd plans for Friday. Don't tell me anything if you see it before me!! I can't decide if I like it hot or cold??!! I think I go both ways!! LOL

ReplyDeletegoing to see the movie tonight! did you see it? i read somewhere that he didn't wash his hair for two weeks. he's cute, but that's too sick for me. maybe the movie will change my mind about that one! im like you when i read a book - ignoring all household duties, annoyed when the kids tell me they are hungry :). your blogs are always the funniest!
